This a masterfully beautiful setting of Paul's text from his letter to the Philipians.
  
n.b.  There is an error in the recording (:44) below due to the edition we were singing from having a misprint.  It has been corrected in the perusal score here and the in edition I will provide you.  (Tenor 1 m. 11 beat 3 should be a "B-flat")

    Translation

    Christ became obedient for us,
