This motet was found in a 1577 reissue of Orlando di Lassus' book of motets, Liber Moetettarum trium vocum published by Adam Berg in 1575.  Its authorship is sometimes attributed to Lassus, but most likely anonymous. 

 

Here it is easily set for men's voices.  Let me know if you'd prefer an SSA or the original STB.
